Dan is a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Coordinator for San Juan Unified School District, Citrus Heights schools, a multi-modal transportation advocate, a bike educator, an environmental literacy consultant, and a substitute at residential outdoor schools.

I've recently moved from Carson City, Nevada, to Sacramento, California. My address has changed, but not my cell phone or email. I'm happy to be living in mid-town Sacramento.

In my personal life, my favorite activities are backpacking, contra dancing, watching movies, reading and hanging out with friends.

I have served on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations in Nevada and California.
